New report on CSR jobs

According to a new report from Ellen Weinreb, CSR jobs shrunk 68% from Q3 2008- Q3 2009, then climbed 33% in Q4 2009. A number of interesting tidbits in there, for example that 50% of CSR positions are filled internally.
