Education Development Center seeking project director

The Education Development Center of USAID seeks a Project Director for the Educational Quality Improvement Program, someone with strong strategic planning skills to develop innovative policy, advocacy, partner networks, and program designs for youth development in the international context. The candidate must also have strong technical writing skills, familiarity with applied research, and good management skills (lots of multi-tasking and attention to detail). Familiarity with USAID is strongly preferred. Deep knowledge of youth development as a field is ideal. Washington-based position with moderate amount of international travel.
